What happens after the 90 days?
Choose a paid plan to keep working in 4fleet. If you don’t continue, you have 30 more days to view and export your data, with billing and Support available. Operational work and AI stop. The deletion process follows, with advance warnings. Exports include structured records; documents are downloaded separately, not as an archive of every attachment.
What’s included, and what isn’t?
Your chosen plan’s features and limits, personal setup help and email parsing. AI allowances renew 30 and 60 days after you join, with no carry-over. Carson chat, actions, automations, briefings and learning are excluded until confirmed payment, then follow your plan and your own settings.
Can I pay early or change plans?
Yes. Paying early ends the remaining free days after your explicit confirmation. Changing plan does not restart your free period or AI usage. Your joining price list covers all four plans until your first anniversary. Monthly plan changes retain the remaining discount; switching to annual billing ends it. The anniversary alone does not automatically raise an existing subscription’s price.
Is the standard trial still available?
Yes. Ordinary registration still offers the 14-day trial. Founding Operators is a separate program. If you already have an account, request enrollment through Support; existing accounts are not automatically extended.
Full program terms
Version 2026-10-18. The 90 days start at successful program enrollment. Existing accounts require an explicit request. There is no automatic extension or second free period.
A confirmed positive payment activates paid continuation. Canceling and rejoining does not restart the free period or the promotion. The 20% discount applies to the first three monthly base-plan periods, without add-ons, annual billing or other promotions.
Without payment, 90 days of operational access are followed by 30 days of viewing and export. We send deletion warnings 7 and 3 days before deletion, recheck payment and defer deletion if warnings fail or payment is uncertain. Backup retention and legally required billing records follow our Privacy Policy. The Terms of Service also apply.
