Cost per mile calculator
Add up lease, insurance, fuel, maintenance and driver costs to get your true cost per mile and per hour, then the minimum rate that still makes money.
Fare calculator
Estimate a chauffeur or private hire fare from distance, time, waiting and extras using your own rates. Check official taxi tariffs separately.
Chauffeur rate calculator
Turn your costs and target margin into a per-mile rate, an hourly rate and sensible minimums for each vehicle class. Free for limo and chauffeur operators.
Airport pickup sign maker
Make a clear airport pickup sign with a passenger name, company and optional flight. Print it or show it full screen. Sign entries stay in your browser memory.
Fuel surcharge calculator
Calculate the fuel-price adjustment per mile, per job or as a share of the fare using your own inputs.
What does running the vehicle cost?
Start with cost per mile. Include fixed costs, fuel, driver time and empty distance before deciding what paid work needs to recover.
What should my rate card say?
Use the chauffeur rate calculator after checking costs. Compare distance and hourly rates, minimums and separately stated extras.
What would I quote for this job?
Use the fare calculator with your own rates and agreed charging basis. It is not an official regulated taximeter.
Has a fuel-price change affected the job?
Use the fuel surcharge calculator to isolate that change from the fuel cost already covered by your base rate.
How do I make an arrivals board?
Use the pickup sign maker with the agreed public name. Choose paper or tablet layout and check the actual airport meeting instructions.
Which units should I use for my market?
US fuel inputs use US gallons and US mpg; metric inputs use litres and L/100 km. UK, Irish and Canadian operators can use the relevant distance and currency controls. Currency selection never performs an exchange-rate conversion.
