Bookings & dispatch
Bookings, legs, vehicles and drivers on one calendar. Assign per leg, spot the clash while there is still time to fix it, and let the driver see the job on their phone.
How it works
Passenger, route and legs, vehicle class, agreed price, extras, notes for the driver and the client's contact details live on one record.
Send each movement to a driver and vehicle, or out to a partner with a committed cost. Capacity and conflicts are checked as you assign.
Drivers accept and progress jobs from their phone; the client's tracking link and the invoice both read from the same record.

What changes
Move a pickup by twenty minutes and the driver's job, the client's tracking link and the paperwork all move with it.
The calendar shows the vehicle already committed at that hour before you promise it to anyone else.
They have the address, the passenger name, the flight, the notes and the sequence of legs, in a browser, without a group chat.
When a leg goes to a partner, the committed cost sits next to the client price on the same job.
What is in the box
Every view reads the same record - the list, the calendar, the dispatch board and the driver's phone are never out of step.
