Can I keep using my existing email address?
Yes. Connect your mailbox through IMAP and SMTP, including compatible Gmail accounts. Setup depends on your email provider and account settings.
Will Carson send a quote or decide a price for me?
The price comes from your configured rates, not from Carson. Carson extracts the journey details and prepares the quote for your review; check the details and price before sending. Approval controls in your plan and workspace settings decide what Carson may send on its own.
