Who should join the demo?
The person choosing the system and someone who knows the daily workflow are useful participants. For a small operation, that may be the same person. Larger teams can bring questions from dispatch, finance or partner operations.
Do I need to prepare real customer data?
No. Describe a familiar scenario or prepare an anonymised example. Do not send passenger details, payment information or a full export in the initial request.
Can we focus on migration or a larger operation?
Yes. Mention your current system, fleet size, team responsibilities and any partner workflows. Specific questions help make the discussion relevant.
Is a time booked when I complete this form?
No. The form sends your demo request to our team. We reply to agree a time and focus for the session; submitting a request does not automatically book a calendar appointment.
Can I try 4fleet before arranging a demo?
Yes. The trial is the primary way to explore the product yourself. Review the Pricing page for the trial's included features and allowances.
