How it works
Three steps from invite to Credits
- Share your link. The operator signs up through it and gets 20% off their first 3 monthly invoices.
- They pay a third invoice. Your Credits build up with each invoice they pay and are held until the third one.
- Credits unlock. They come off your next 4fleet invoices automatically, and anything left over carries forward.

Invite from the job page
When you send a job to a partner who does not use 4fleet, the page they open can show a short invite with your link, under the job and below your company name. You choose whether it appears, in the same settings card.

Advise chauffeur companies on their systems? Introduce them to 4fleet and earn 20% of what each operator pays in its first 12 months, paid by bank transfer against your invoice once the operator has paid its third invoice. We agree this in writing with each consultant before the first introduction.
Programme terms
The rules in full
- Any 4fleet workspace can invite. The invited company must be new to 4fleet and sign up through your link.
- Their discount is 20% off their first 3 monthly invoices. It does not apply to annual billing or with the Founding Operators offer, and each company gets one introductory discount.
- Your Credits are 20% of what the invited company actually pays in the 12 months from its first paid invoice. Free trial time earns nothing.
- Credits are held until its third paid invoice. For an annual plan they unlock 30 days after the annual invoice is paid.
- Unlocked Credits come off your 4fleet invoices. They are not cash and cannot be transferred. If you are still on a trial, they wait for your first paid invoice.
- Credit on a fully refunded invoice is cancelled while it is still held. Credits that have unlocked stay with you, even if the invited company later cancels.
- Invites between companies that share a VAT number, a login or a business email domain are held for manual review.
Do I get cash for an invite?
No. A 4fleet workspace earns Credits that come off its own 4fleet invoices. Consultants who have a written agreement with us are paid by bank transfer.
When do my Credits unlock?
After the operator you invited pays its third invoice. For an annual plan, 30 days after its annual invoice is paid.
Does the invited operator get a discount on an annual plan?
No. The 20% applies to the first 3 monthly invoices only. If they choose annual billing, you still earn 20% of the annual invoice they pay.
Where do I find my invite link?
In Settings, under Plan & billing. The same card shows your held, unlocked and used Credits and each operator you invited.
What happens if the operator I invited cancels?
Credits that have already unlocked stay with you. Credits still held unlock only if the operator reaches a third paid invoice.
Can I invite my own second company?
No. Invites between companies that share a VAT number, a login or a business email domain are held for manual review instead of unlocking.
