Behind every itinerary
They’re planning a journey worth remembering.
Give every day, stop and hotel its place in the plan. A carefully prepared offer lets the customer see the experience you are arranging.
02Vehicle, service, quote
Match the journey.
Then put a price to it.
Five large suitcases matter as much as five seats. Choose a suitable vehicle class and the multi-day service, then generate the offer for review.
Room for the people.
And their plans.
Your itinerary is ready.
Choose the service and vehicle, then generate a quote from the reviewed itinerary.
03The customer’s inbox
A proper proposal.
Right in their email.
The route, vehicle and total arrive together. The Accept quote button opens a private page where Olivia can check the details before making a commitment.
04Keep the conversation moving
A thoughtful nudge.
Still in context.
If the quote is waiting for a reply, a configured follow-up keeps the original journey and acceptance link close. Your timing and message stay under your control.

Does this work with Gmail and other mailboxes?
4fleet connects compatible mailboxes through IMAP and SMTP, including appropriately configured Gmail accounts. The Gmail screens above show the customer email experience; they do not imply a separate Gmail API integration.
Can an enquiry contain several days and stops?
The multi-leg workflow keeps journey days and ordered stops together. Review the extracted dates, pickup times, hotel handovers, passengers and luggage before sending a quote. Availability depends on your workspace setup.
Does Carson decide the final price?
Quote preparation uses your configured pricing and service information. You review the vehicle, amount, inclusions and terms before sending. Missing information or unsuitable capacity needs attention first.
Is accepting a quote the same as paying?
No. Acceptance creates the booking, while payment has its own status. The customer sees a payment action when online payment is configured. Full payment, deposits or invoice terms depend on your setup.
Are these customer records and prices real?
This is one fictional tour used to demonstrate the connected workflow. Routes, prices, capacities and people are examples, not a tariff recommendation or customer case study.
