A clear way in
The operator invites a driver, client or partner using their email address and the appropriate access.
Accept the invitation and sign in with that email. An existing account can connect to the granted company context.
The app presents the role available to that account. People with multiple granted contexts can switch between them.

Yes, through the corresponding invitation and account access. They see their relevant portal information, not the operator’s full workspace. Available features depend on the workspace setup.
No. Accept your operator’s invitation or set up an operator workspace first, then sign in with that account. Installation alone does not grant access.

Supported trip actions can queue offline and sync after reconnection. Some actions, including assignment responses and messaging, need a connection. Check the on-screen sync status before relying on an update.
