Every plan runs the full operational core - enquiries, quotes, bookings, dispatch, drivers and invoicing. Plans mostly differ in capacity. The four features that need a higher plan are named further down, not buried in a comparison table.See the whole product first, no signup →

Trial

7 days on the Professional feature set. Trial allowances apply: 2,000 AI operations, 150 bookings and 5 users; bookings continue above the allowance without automatic charges.

Capacity is bought explicitly and priced above. There is no automatic consumable overage billing - going past an allowance never produces a surprise line on your invoice. Billing confirms each recurring add-on before it is purchased, so nothing recurs that you did not approve. The figure above is the figure charged - nothing is added at checkout.

What you are replacing

A spreadsheet and a group chat, priced honestly.

The right-hand column of the table below, as it actually looks. A page that asks for a monthly fee should show what the fee buys before it asks.

Answering an enquiry

Read the email, work out the distance, guess the price, type a reply

Parsed into a trip and priced from your rate card as a draft

Knowing tomorrow's plan

A spreadsheet tab and whatever is pinned in the chat

One calendar with every leg against a vehicle and a driver

Telling the driver

A message, then three follow-up messages

The job appears on their phone with addresses, flight and notes

Telling the client

They ring you at 6am

A tracking link with driver, vehicle and arrival time

Invoicing

Retyped from the sheet, sometimes forgotten

Generated from the completed job, payable by card

Knowing what you earned

Reconstructed at month end

Client price, committed cost and margin recorded per job

Billing questions

Is there a setup fee, or anything added on top?

No. The figure on the card is the figure we charge, monthly or annual - nothing is added at checkout.

What if I need one more car for a season?

Add vehicles or users as capacity add-ons and remove them again - no plan change required.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged automatically without a card. You pick a plan, or you walk away with an export of your data.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, in billing. Annual works out roughly two months cheaper across the year.

Do I pay per driver?

Driver profiles are unlimited. A seat is only taken when a driver logs into the driver app - Starter includes 3 seats and extra seats are €8 a month. Dispatching to a driver who does not use the app costs nothing, and if you drive yourself, linking your own account to your driver profile keeps it one seat.

What happens if I go over an allowance?

It depends which one, so: bookings keep working above the monthly number, AI drafting stops until the next cycle, and vehicles and users are the two you can top up with the add-ons above.

How do I cancel?

One click in billing. Build and download an export of your records from settings first - no notice period, no phone call.

In every plan

The whole operation, on the cheapest plan.

Enquiry to quote to dispatch to invoice runs on Starter, mailbox included. Four things sit on a higher plan, and all four are listed underneath.

Enquiries & quotes

Email, phone and web-form enquiries, priced from your own rate card.

Bookings & dispatch

Multi-leg jobs, per-leg assignment, calendar and dispatch views.

Driver portal

Jobs, addresses, flight details and status updates in a phone browser.

Passenger tracking

A live tracking link with driver, vehicle and arrival time, on every plan.

Invoicing

Invoices generated from finished jobs, with your own numbering and VAT rates.

Partner network

Tenders, committed costs and payables for subcontracted legs.

AI assistant

Enquiry parsing and draft quotes, metered per plan.

Import & export

Clients, vehicles, drivers, rates and bookings in and out via CSV or Excel.

Not on every plan

Developer API

API keys and outbound webhooks require Business.

Not on every plan

Client portal logins

Giving a corporate client their own login requires Professional; a portal on your own branding requires Business. The passenger tracking link is on every plan.

Not on every plan

Card payment on invoices

Taking card payment on an invoice runs through Stripe Connect, which requires Professional. On Starter, invoices go out for bank transfer.

Not on every plan

Partner payouts

Payables record what you owe each partner and statements draft from them, but automated Stripe partner payouts are not currently available - you settle outside 4fleet.

Moving in

An afternoon, not a quarter.

  1. 01

    Bring your data

Clients, vehicles, drivers, rate cards and historic bookings import from CSV or Excel, with a dry-run preview before anything is written.

  2. 02

    Start with one rate

Configure a single vehicle class and rate, quote your next enquiry with it, and add the rest as jobs come up.

  3. 03

    Leave whenever

Cancel in one click and download an export of your records on the way out. No notice period, no retention call.

Which plan fits

Pick by fleet size, not by feature list.

If you are between two plans, start lower - capacity add-ons cost less than a plan you are not using.

Starter · €99

One to five cars, one person quoting. 150 bookings a month is roughly five a day.

Professional · €199

Six to fifteen cars, a dispatcher and a busy inbox. The recommended starting point.

Business · €399

Sixteen cars and up, regular partner work and several people in the system at once, or need API access and webhooks.

Seven days is enough to know.

Quote one real enquiry, dispatch one real job, send one real invoice. Then decide.
