An operation is a metered piece of AI work, such as extracting enquiry details or preparing a reply. A multi-step request can use more than one operation. Review your usage in the workspace; an AI limit does not stop you managing bookings manually.
4fleet subscriptions are priced in EUR. The GBP amounts in the product illustrations are example transport fares, not subscription prices.

Only if they log in. A driver with a driver app login uses one account, just as an office colleague with a login does. A driver profile on its own doesn’t.
You can keep adding bookings above the allowance, and nothing is charged automatically. AI operations have their own capped allowance.
Yearly billing is charged as one annual total. The monthly figure shown is the equivalent cost, rounded to two decimal places. The exact annual charge is displayed with every plan and equals ten monthly payments.
Yes, within the plan’s capacity limits. Additional vehicles are €10 per month or €100 per year each. Additional user accounts are €8 per month or €80 per year each. Annual add-ons go with an annual plan.
