Can I use 4fleet if I am the only driver?
Yes. Solo is €49 per month or €490 per year for one owner-driver and one active vehicle. It includes unlimited bookings, quotes, invoices and clients, one connected mailbox, 300 AI operations per month and 1 GB storage. The same person can use the office and driver views.
Can Solo connect to another 4fleet company?
Yes. Two 4fleet businesses can accept a connection and exchange individual jobs and quotes. Solo does not include external-partner management, multi-operator tenders or partner self-billing. Those workflows require an eligible higher plan.
Does the mobile view replace the office workspace?
The views serve different tasks. The office organises enquiries, bookings and invoices; the driver view keeps assigned journeys and pickup details close at hand. Access follows the signed-in person's role. See the mobile app page for current device availability.
Can I try the workflow before paying?
Yes. Start a 7-day trial without a card, or book a guided demo. Every trial includes 100 AI operations in total and unlimited bookings. Solo trial capacity is one owner-driver, one vehicle and one mailbox; other trials have their own published resource limits.
