Keep your documents valid and follow your payments

Upload the vehicle, driver and insurance documents an operator requires, then track what you have earned, what is in a statement and what has been paid.

Goal

Hold a valid set of documents with the operator you work for, and be able to say exactly what you have earned, what is being paid, and what is still open.

Prerequisites

  • You can open your partner portal from the operator's link.
  • You have current copies of the documents your operator asks for, as PDF or photo.
  • You know the prices you accepted on the jobs you are checking.

Steps

  1. Open the Documents tab and read what is already on file. Each entry shows its type, its state, and how long it has left before expiry.
  2. Replace anything marked as expired or expiring soon. Use Re-upload on that row rather than adding a second copy.
  3. Choose the correct document type when you upload: business license, insurance certificate, vehicle registration, driver license, tax registration, contract, or other.
  4. Set the expiry date where the document has one. That is what drives the reminder before it lapses.
  5. Confirm the upload succeeded. A newly uploaded document waits for the operator to review it before it counts as verified.
  6. Open the Payments tab and read the three figures: earned, paid, and pending. Pending is work recognised but not yet paid out.
  7. Check the accrued lines under the same tab to see which jobs make up those figures, and whether a line is eligible for the next statement or already inside one.
  8. Download the statement PDF when you need the detail behind a payment for your own books.
  9. Open Invoices for the self-bill invoices raised against your partner account, and download the PDF of any you need.
  10. Compare a payout against the price you accepted for those legs. The payout follows the per-leg price agreed at the time, not the price the operator charges their own customer.

Expected result

Every required document is current and reviewed, and each payment figure can be traced back to the specific jobs and prices behind it.

Troubleshooting

  • A document will not upload: check the file size and format, then try again. Photograph a paper document flat and in good light.
  • A document cannot be downloaded: the file may no longer be available. Ask the operator to confirm what is on file for you.
  • A payment line shows as on hold: contact the operator. A hold is set on their side and is not something the portal can clear.
  • A payout is lower than expected: check the per-leg price you accepted for that job. Where a job was reduced or partly canceled, only the covered legs are paid.
  • A payout shows as to be confirmed: the operator has not fixed the amount yet. Ask them to confirm it before the job runs where you can.
  • A figure looks stale: select Refresh. The portal loads its numbers when you open it.
