4fleet

Product update

New in 4fleet, October 2026

A small operations team having a standing conversation with coffee in a bright office.

Connect a Microsoft 365 or Outlook mailbox

Select Connect with Microsoft to link a Microsoft mailbox with your Microsoft sign-in. Incoming mail, sending, Sent Items, attachments and folder moves all go through your Microsoft account. If the sign-in expires, 4fleet shows a reconnect button, and a Microsoft mailbox can be your default sender.

Events for group work

Group the enquiries and bookings of a wedding, a conference or a roadshow under one named Event, separate from who pays for it. Corporate accounts can hold their employees as contacts, so each booking goes to the right person. Event invoice drafts and deposits wait for your office to review them before anything is sent.

A portal for your clients

Your clients get their own portal with their trips, quotes and invoices, and they can send you requests from it. Requests arrive in a queue in your office with the full conversation. A client can also decline a quote from the quote link.

In the client portal a booker sees the next trip, open requests, quotes and invoices. Illustrative demo data.

GNet farm-in and farm-out

Take GNet jobs into 4fleet and send your own jobs out to GNet partners. Price and time changes show in your booking currency and time zone, and when you cancel only your job in a mixed booking, GNet is told. During the job, the driver's location reaches GNet.

Invoices you can correct

Invoices now have a draft and an issued state. You can raise a credit note against an issued invoice, and extend its due date; the new date is recorded next to the printed one and moves the invoice out of overdue in your reports. Before you issue, you see the invoice number it will get.

An invoice stays a draft until you issue it. Illustrative demo data.

A new look

The app has a new green and ink design with a matching dark mode and a new dashboard, and the office screens work on a phone.

The new dashboard starts with what needs action now. Illustrative demo data.

The 4fleet driver app on Google Play

Drivers can install the 4fleet app from Google Play. When they complete a job, they record waiting time, expenses, any payment taken and the end mileage, and add the proof photo and a receipt in the same step. The app keeps working with a weak signal and catches up when it reconnects.

A portal for your partners

Partner companies get a home page with their jobs and offers, can keep their available capacity up to date, and can invite their own admins with roles. They can request a change to their payout details, which you review.

More improvements

  • In a new enquiry, you can paste a customer's email and have the form filled for you to check, even before you connect a mailbox.
  • You can set how long one quote stays valid, right next to Send.
  • The Inbox shows whether each email was sent or not delivered, and an email you cancelled from the schedule opens again as a draft.
  • Your office has a notifications page and a bell, and so does the client portal.
  • Many more currencies are available, US companies can add sales-tax jurisdictions, and companies that work in miles can enter distances and fuel in miles and gallons.
  • Saved report templates can be renamed and deleted, and a booking's status history appears on its timeline.
  • Bank transactions can be matched to the invoices they pay.

Frequently asked questions

Is the driver app available on iPhone?

Not yet. Drivers on an iPhone use the driver portal in their phone's browser.

Do I need to turn these features on?

Most of them are on for every account. GNet needs a connection to your GNet account, which the 4fleet team helps you set up, and a Microsoft mailbox needs you to sign in with Microsoft once.
