Goal

See every job request an operator has sent you in one list, and answer each one from the portal instead of from separate emails.

Prerequisites

  • You can open your partner portal, and your access includes the Offers area.
  • You know your availability and the price you will accept for each job.
  • The link in each job request email answers the same request. Use whichever you have to hand: the first answer is the one recorded, and the other place then shows it.

Steps

  1. Open your partner portal and select the Offers tab.
  2. Choose a group. Open holds requests waiting for your answer, Submitted holds requests you priced that are still open, and History holds everything that has closed.
  3. To find one request, type its ID in Search offer ID. The search covers the loaded offers only, so select Load more first for older ones.
  4. On the card, check Jobs in this offer, Decision deadline and Your price, then select Review offer.
  5. Read every job in the panel: route, date and time, passengers, Flight, Luggage, stops and notes. Pickup times are local to the operator, and the panel names the time zone.
  6. To price the request, select Submit price, enter your all-in price for each job in the currency shown, and select Confirm response.
  7. To turn it down, select Decline, choose a Reason, add Notes (optional) if useful, and select Confirm response.
  8. To take back a price you already submitted, or a job you were chosen for, select Withdraw, add a note, and select Confirm response. The operator is notified.
  9. Check that the panel says "Your response has been recorded." Select Reload details to see the current state of the request, then select Close.

Expected result

The request moves out of Open, the card shows the price you submitted or your decline, and the operator sees your answer on their side.

Troubleshooting

  • If the panel says "No response actions are currently available.", the deadline has passed or the request has closed. Contact the operator if you still want the work.
  • If Decline is offered but Submit price is not, the operator has changed the jobs on the request since it was sent. Ask them for an updated request, or decline this one.
  • If the panel says "The result is not yet confirmed.", select Retry the same response without changing the values. You can also close the panel and continue later from the resume button that appears in Offers.
  • If the panel says "The offer has changed. Reload its details before responding.", select Reload details and check the jobs again before you answer.
  • If a price is refused with "Enter a positive amount in the currency shown, using its allowed decimal places.", remove any extra decimals or currency signs.
  • If you see "Your session has ended. Sign in again or reopen your portal link.", sign in again or open the newest link from the operator.
  • If you see "Too many requests. Please wait before trying again.", wait a minute before you retry.
  • If you need to change a price you submitted, there is no edit action. Withdraw it and contact the operator, or contact them first.
