Goal

Get into the partner portal of the operator who sends you work, either with your own 4fleet account or with a link from one of their emails.

Prerequisites

  • The operator has given your company portal access and emailed you an invitation, or sent you a job email that links to the portal.
  • You can open the mailbox the email was sent to. An invitation works only for the address it names.
  • To use your own account, you can choose a password of 12 to 128 characters, or you have a Google account with that same address.

Steps

  1. Open the invitation email from the operator and select its link. The page that opens is titled with your company name and shows which email address was invited.
  2. If you do not have a 4fleet account yet, enter Full name, choose a Password of 12 to 128 characters, repeat it in Confirm password, and select Create account.
  3. If that email address already has a 4fleet account, select I already have a 4fleet account. Then select Continue with Google, or enter your Existing account password and select Sign in and add access.
  4. When the page shows Access confirmed, select Sign in to 4fleet and sign in with the same email address. You land in the partner portal.
  5. To work from a phone, select Install Android app on the same page and sign in in the app with the same account.
  6. If you work with more than one operator, or in more than one role, open the company and role switcher at the top right and choose the relationship you want. Each one shows only its own jobs and payments.
  7. If you only have a link from a job email, open it directly from that email. The portal opens without a password and removes the link from the address bar once it has been read.
  8. Check the company name in the portal header before you act on anything.
  9. Select Sign out when you finish on a shared computer.

Expected result

The portal opens on your own company, with the tabs your access allows, such as Home, Jobs, Offers, Money, Documents and Company.

Troubleshooting

  • If the invitation page says "This invitation is invalid, expired, or no longer available.", the invitation was already used or has run out. Ask the operator to send a new one.
  • If you see "Use the Google account invited at" followed by an address, you signed in to Google with a different address. Sign in with the invited address, or use the password option instead.
  • If you opened the portal from an email link, that visit lasts up to 24 hours in that browser tab. After it ends, or after you select Sign out, the page shows Signed out and asks you to open the link from your latest email. There is no button to send yourself a new link, so use the newest email from the operator or ask them for a new one.
  • If the portal says "This partner portal link is invalid, expired or no longer available.", the link is older than 30 days or the operator has issued new access since. Ask the operator for a new link or an account invitation.
  • If the portal says "This partner portal link is missing its access token.", the address was cut short or typed by hand. Open the link straight from the email.
  • If the portal says "The partner portal is not available right now." and shows Retry, check your connection and select Retry.
  • If a tab you expect is missing, your access covers only some areas. Ask the administrator at your company or the operator to change it.
