Goal
Carry out a job the operator chose you for from your partner portal, so the operator and the passenger can follow it as it happens.
Prerequisites
- You can open your partner portal, and the job is listed under Jobs.
- The driver and vehicle are confirmed for the job. The job sheet and the passenger details stay locked until they are.
- Status updates are made in the portal. The job request email link has no status buttons.
Steps
- Open the Jobs tab and choose a group: Upcoming, In progress, Completed or Canceled.
- Select the job. Check the route, date and time, passengers, flight, luggage, stops, notes and Your payout.
- Select Download job sheet and give the PDF to the driver. The same button is on the email link once the driver details are in.
- When the driver sets off, select On my way.
- At the pickup, select Arrived at pickup.
- Once the passenger is in the vehicle, select Passenger on board.
- At the end of the job, select Complete job. Each button appears only when it is the next step, so the steps cannot be skipped.
- If the passenger does not arrive, select No show before marking them on board. Describe what happened under What happened? and select Confirm no-show. This ends the job for good and notifies the operator.
- To reach the operator about this job, write in Messages and select Send. Replies from Dispatch appear in the same thread.
Expected result
The job moves to In progress and then Completed (or ends as a no-show), and the operator sees each step at the moment you record it.
Troubleshooting
- If Download job sheet is disabled, confirm the driver and vehicle first.
- If no status buttons appear, the job is already finished or canceled, or it can no longer be updated from your side. Tell the operator, who can set the status for you.
- If the panel says "The job changed. Refresh before making another change.", select Refresh and try the step again.
- If you see "Too many requests. Wait before trying again.", wait a minute before the next update.
- If the panel says "This job is no longer available.", the operator has removed you from the job or canceled it. Contact them before you send a driver.
- If you see "The message could not be sent. Please try again.", send it again, or phone the operator if the job is about to start.
- If you only have the email link and no portal access, ask the operator for portal access so you can update the status yourself.
