Install the app and sign in

Start from the invitation

Your company invites you by email, or sends you an invitation link directly. Open the link, enter your Full Name, create a password of at least 12 characters, and select Accept Invitation & Create Account. If you already have a 4fleet account with that email address, select Sign in instead, so you do not end up with two accounts.

An invitation link can expire or be replaced by a newer one. If the page says the invitation is invalid or expired, ask the office for a new link and use only the newest one.

On Android, install the app

On an Android phone, install the 4Fleet app from Google Play. When you open the driver view in a phone browser, a card titled Install the 4Fleet app offers Get it on Google Play. On a computer, the same card shows a QR code to scan with the phone you drive with.

The app matters because of location. The installed app can keep sharing your position with dispatch while a job is running, even with the screen off. A browser stops sharing as soon as you switch to another app, and dispatch is left looking at an old position. The card does not block you: you can keep working in the browser, but install the app before your next job.

On iPhone, use the browser

There is no iPhone app. Open 4fleet in your phone's browser and sign in there. Everything for your jobs works, but keep the 4fleet page open in front while you share your location, because the browser stops sharing when you leave it.

Check that you are in

After signing in you should see your name and the number of jobs today at the top, and Today, Schedule, Tasks, Earnings and More along the bottom. If a banner says Driver profile not linked, your login works but is not connected to your driver record yet. Ask the office to connect it, then sign in again.

If you forget your password, select Forgot? on the sign-in screen and follow the emailed link. If you also work in the office, you can switch between your driver view and the office from More.
