For drivers: the driver app

Short lessons for drivers: install the app, read each job, tap the status steps in order, add proof and receipts, and keep working with no signal.

For: drivers

Your company sends you jobs through the 4fleet driver app. When you use it well, the office sees where each job stands without phoning you, and your waiting time, receipts and pay are on record without paperwork.

These lessons are short and written for a phone. They cover installing the app and signing in, your day's jobs and offers, reading a job before you leave, the status steps, waiting time and incidents, receipts and earnings, time off and documents, and what to do when the signal drops.

  1. Install the app and sign in4 min

Accept your invitation, install the 4Fleet app from Google Play on Android or use the browser on iPhone, and get back in if you are locked out.

  2. Your day: Today, Schedule and job offers4 min

Where your jobs appear, how to answer a new assignment or a job offer, and how to check the coming days before your shift starts.

  3. Read the job before you leave5 min

What to check on the job sheet before you set off: passengers, luggage, seats, flight, stops, instructions to acknowledge and any money to collect.

  4. Status steps from on my way to complete5 min

Tap each status at the moment it happens: on my way, arrived, passenger on board, complete. Why the order is fixed and when to use no-show.

  5. Waiting time, incidents and the proof photo4 min

Record waiting time as it happens, report an incident to dispatch from the job, and add a proof photo when your company asks for one.

  6. Receipts and earnings4 min

Send fuel, toll and parking receipts on the day, follow them until they are paid, and read what you have earned and what has been settled.

  7. Time off, documents and your checklist4 min

Tell the office when you cannot work, keep your licence and certificates up to date in the app, finish your tasks and go off duty at the end of a shift.

  8. No signal? Keep working, then reach dispatch4 min

What still works offline, how saved actions are sent when the signal returns, what Needs attention means, and how to reach dispatch about one job.
