Your day: Today, Schedule and job offers

Where your jobs appear, how to answer a new assignment or a job offer, and how to check the coming days before your shift starts.

Today is your shift at a glance

Today opens with three counts, Jobs today, Completed and Remaining, then the job that matters now: Active job while one is running, or Next job before it starts. The rest of the day sits under Later today. "Today" follows your company's calendar day, not your phone's, so if your phone is set to another time zone the list still matches the office.

Make it a habit to open Today before your first job and again after each one. Dispatch changes things during the day, and the list is where you see them.

Answer every assignment

A job the office gives you can arrive marked Awaiting your response. Read the pickup time, route, passenger and instructions, then select Accept or Decline. Until you accept, the job cannot be started. If you decline, you are asked to confirm and the dispatch team is told, so they can find someone else.

Answer quickly. An assignment left waiting is a job the office does not know is covered.

Job offers are first come, first served

Some companies also send open offers. They appear under Job offers with New job offer on each card and their own Accept and Decline. An offer goes to several drivers, and the first to accept gets it. If someone else was faster, you see This offer has already been taken. and the card disappears. Accepting or declining needs a connection.

Look ahead with Schedule

Schedule shows your coming jobs by day, with Previous week, Next week and a day picker. Finished jobs are under Completed. Check tomorrow's jobs at the end of each shift, so an early pickup or an airport run does not surprise you in the morning.

To get new jobs and changes without opening the app, turn on alerts under More then Notifications when your company offers them.
