Waiting time, incidents and the proof photo

Record waiting time as it happens, report an incident to dispatch from the job, and add a proof photo when your company asks for one.

Record waiting while you wait

The waiting timer, the incident report and the proof photo are all on the Proof tab of the job sheet. The waiting timer and the proof photo appear once the job has started; the incident form is there from the start. Under Waiting time, select Start waiting when you begin waiting for the passenger and Stop waiting when they arrive. Dispatch reviews the recorded time and decides whether it is billable, so the timer is your record, not a charge you set. Use it at the time rather than estimating afterwards: a timer someone can check carries more weight with a client than a number added later.

Stop the timer before you complete the job. If it is still running, Complete job asks you to stop it first. If you forgot to use the timer, you can still enter additional waiting minutes in the completion form.

Report an incident from the job

Something went wrong on the job: a delay, damage, an accident, a complaint. Select Report incident, choose the Incident type and the Severity, describe what happened in Description, and select Submit incident. The report goes to dispatch attached to this job, so they know which booking it is about.

The app is not an emergency line. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first, then dispatch.

The proof photo is optional

Add proof photo lets you attach a photo when your company asks for evidence of completion. Once it uploads, the job shows Proof attached with the time it was captured. A proof photo is never required to complete a job; follow your company's own rule on when to take one.

No signal?

Waiting actions, incident reports and a proof photo are saved on your phone and sent when the connection returns. Tap once, then check Offline & sync under More before you tap again.
