Partner work, one job at a time
A booking with several jobs now shows who does each job, with its own crew row and partner payout. You can take one job back from a partner you assigned directly and send it again, without touching the rest of the booking. A partner who holds one job sees that job's stops, requests, passenger and flight number, and nothing from the other jobs.
If you need to correct the price of a partner you already awarded, you can now change it in place. The award's margin check still applies, and the change is recorded in the job's history.
Profit per booking and per job
The Financial card on a booking shows its profit and the margin of each job, so a low-margin job inside a profitable booking stands out. When a partner payout is not known yet, the card shows a dash instead of zero.
Invoices and payments
Extra charges added after the main invoice, such as parking or tickets, can go out as one supplementary invoice without billing anything twice. A booking whose invoice was voided can be invoiced again. The payment link on an invoice now asks for the remaining balance, not the original amount.
Costs and what you owe
Operating costs record whether they are paid and in which currency. A new aging view lists costs that are due but unpaid, and you can settle a cost from that list. Approved driver expenses are posted as costs and settled when the driver is paid. A partner or supplier invoice can be matched to the cost it settles.
Quotes and dispatch
You can set how long your quotes stay valid, from 1 to 365 days. The quote email, the PDF and the accept page all use the same number, and extending an expired quote uses it too.
On the dispatch board, each driver's lane shows their time off as a shaded band with its type and hours.
Emails to clients
The pre-trip reminder now goes out for each job, so a client with several jobs gets a reminder for every one. Booking emails name the driver and phone number for that job, and the booking-change email now has a button.
More improvements
- Setup saves your progress at every step, so closing the tab no longer sends you back to the email step.
- You can set the operating currency and the reporting currency separately, change your time zone through a guided step, and choose your service country from the full list.
- A driver who accepted a job can share their location again, and drivers have a notifications screen and a sign-out button in the app.
- The office app works better on phones and portrait tablets.
- French is complete, so 4fleet now works in English, Polish, German, Spanish, French and Italian.
- The workspace owner can export every record in the workspace from Settings > Security & data > Privacy & export, and a workspace can be scheduled for deletion.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to do anything to get these changes?
No. They apply to every 4fleet account.
Where do I see a job's margin?
