Product update
New in 4fleet, September 2026

Most of September's work was preparation for the larger changes that reached your account in October. These are the changes you could already see.
Day tours are quoted by the day
A service billed by the day, such as a day tour, used to be priced by distance at the transfer rate. It is now quoted at its day rate, as you set it up.
Emailed enquiries get a route
When 4fleet creates an enquiry from an email, it now calculates the route and the distance as well. Before, most of these enquiries had their addresses but no distance.
Stops stay where you put them
On a phone, scrolling past the list of stops could start a reorder and swap the pickup and the dropoff of a two-stop booking. Scrolling is now only scrolling, and when someone does move a stop, the change is recorded.
Job economics in reports
Accounting reports include the economics of each job in their CSV export. Analytics shows partner jobs, job value and partner cost by the date of the job. Editing one job no longer changes the booking's totals or an invoice that is already paid.
Partner awards
Only a suspended partner is now refused an award. Partners on probation can be awarded jobs again; their tier and badges stay as they were.
Frequently asked questions
Why is this month's list short?
Most of the work went into the new design, the client portal, GNet and invoicing, which were switched on in October. They are in the October update.
